Refund policy
Customers who purchase specific things on our site have the opportunity to receive a refund from Gr8Games. Details on the refundable items, deadlines, and other pertinent information are given in this section. Items that Can Be Refunded
For a variety of reasons, we are unable to make all of the products and services on our platform returnable despite our best efforts to broaden the list of purchases that qualify for a refund. These things typically consist of consumables, in-game virtual cash, and virtual skins. Please take note that refunds are only available for items purchased straight from our website.
DLC content purchased via the Gr8Games platform is considered refundable if it hasn't been used and hasn't been changed or tampered with in any way. Online self-service refunds may also be available for specific purchases. You may easily complete them using your Gr8Games account. If it satisfies the requirements above, you must choose the item you wish to return from the Transactions tab of your account.
Refund Conditions
Within seven days of the purchase, items may be returned for a refund. The item in question must have a maximum runtime of two hours. These two requirements need to be fulfilled simultaneously. Items that are listed as "non-refundable" in the store are exempt from the return policy.
You cannot seek a refund from your account if you have been banned or removed from the platform due to a violation of the terms of service or for any other reason. Likewise, if you have been determined to abuse the refund policy, you can expect nothing as well. If the product quality is judged satisfactory, please be aware that items are not refunded due to personal preference or your hardware not meeting the game specs.

It's important to keep in mind that the payment method you choose will affect how long it takes to receive your refund.
If you live in the European Union and make a purchase, you might be covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000. You will receive your money back within 14 days of the purchase date if you decide to cancel your transaction under these circumstances and receive a refund. To start the cancellation process during this time, please get in touch with us in writing as soon as you can after making your purchase. Access to the downloaded or utilized product is not permitted during this review. We reserve the right to deny refund claims based on such actions.
Pre-Purchases
If the publisher or developer has not specified an official release date, you can cancel your pre-order and receive a refund at any time before the game's official Gr8Games release date. Additionally, if you haven't played the game for more than two hours after launch, you can seek a refund within seven days of purchase, provided that you do so within 48 hours of the game's release or pre-download.
Discount Policy
By following the previously specified instructions, you can return your purchase, get a full refund, and immediately purchase the item again. This is a sensible strategy that complies with the return policy. You might not be eligible for a refund if Gr8Games discovers that you are abusing the refund policy.
